第1章 総則
第1条 目的
本規約は、WPlaybookが提供するサービスの利用条件および手続き、ならびに会社と利用者の権利、義務、責任を定めることを目的とします。
第2条 規約の効力および変更
(1) 本規約は利用者に掲示された時点で効力を生じます。
(2) 会社は事業上または運営上の事情により本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は同じ方法で公示された時点で効力を生じます。
第3条 本規約に定めのない事項
本規約に定めのない事項について関連法令に定めがある場合、その法令に従います。
第2章 会員登録およびサービス利用
第1条 会員の定義
会員とは、本規約に同意して登録を完了し、会社からIDおよびパスワードを付与された個人をいいます。
第2条 会員登録の成立
(1) 会員登録は、利用者が本規約に同意し、会社が申請を承認した時点で成立します。
(2) 申請者は、会社が求める個人情報を提供しなければなりません。
(3) 承認後、会社は申請者に会員IDその他必要な情報を通知します。
(4) 登録されたIDは変更できず、1人につき1つのIDのみ保有できます。
(5) 会社は次の場合、申請を拒否できます。
A. 他人の名義を使用した場合
B. 本人の実名で申請していない場合
C. 虚偽の情報が含まれる場合
D. 公序良俗を害する目的がある場合
第3条 サービス利用および制限
(1) サービスは、業務上または技術上の事情がない限り、原則として年中無休で提供されます。
(2) 会社は定期点検など必要な場合、事前告知のうえ利用時間を制限できます。
(3) オンライン相談の可否は担当者の状況により異なる場合があります。
第4条 サービス料金
(1) 本サービスは登録会員に無料で提供されます。
(2) 有料サービスを導入する場合、料金、方針、適用時期をサービス上で事前に告知します。
第3章 退会、再登録および利用制限
第1条 退会
(1) 退会を希望する会員は、運営者へメールで直接申請しなければなりません。
(2) 会社は登録情報と本人確認情報を照合し、退会を処理します。
(3) 既存のIDおよびパスワードでログインできなくなった時点で退会が完了します。
第2条 再登録
(1) 第1条により退会した利用者は、運営者へメールで再登録を申請できます。
(2) 再登録は過去の記録に基づく本人確認後に処理されます。
(3) 既存IDおよびパスワードでログインできるようになった時点で再登録が完了します。
第3条 サービス利用制限
会員が次のいずれかに該当する行為を行った場合、会社は事前通知なくサービス契約を解除し、または一定期間サービス利用を停止できます。
A. Violating public order or morals
B. Involvement in criminal activity
C. Planning or using the Service to harm national or public interests
D. Using another person’s ID or password without authorization
E. Damaging another person’s reputation or causing disadvantage to others
F. Registering duplicate accounts under different IDs by the same user
G. Damaging the Service or interfering with its normal operation
H. Violating applicable laws or these Terms
第4章 免責事項
第1条 オンライン相談
(1) The Company uses reasonable efforts to protect consultation content from unauthorized disclosure. However, the Company is not responsible for disclosure or loss of consultation content in the following cases.
A. The user’s password is compromised due to user negligence.
B. The user deletes consultation records using the delete function.
C. Data is disclosed or lost due to force majeure events, including natural disasters.
(2) To provide complete and appropriate responses, authorized staff may review consultation records and replies.
(3) Consultation content may be used for the following purposes after removing personally identifiable information.
A. Academic activities
B. Publications and authored materials
C. Service content such as FAQs and recommended consultation cases
(4) Consultation responses reflect the individual judgment of the responsible staff and do not necessarily represent the Company’s official position.
(5) The Company may refuse to provide all or part of online consultation in the following cases.
A. Repeated submissions of the same request
B. Requests containing abusive or unreasonable language
第2条 情報サービス
(1) Content provided through the Service is general information and not professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on this information.
(2) The Company does not guarantee or endorse specific products, services, or methods mentioned on the Service. Opinions presented belong to the respective authors.
(3) Any use of information, ideas, or guidance obtained through the Service is at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for resulting damages or losses.
第5章 義務
第1条 会社の義務
(1) The Company will provide access to the Service unless extraordinary circumstances prevent it.
(2) The Company will strive to operate the Service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
(3) The Company will process member feedback under established procedures and notify members if additional handling time is required.
第2条 会員情報保護の義務
(1) Members are fully responsible for managing their own ID and password.
(2) Members agree to receive service-related emails sent as part of service operation.
(3) Members must immediately notify the Company if unauthorized use of their ID is detected.
(4) The Company does not sell personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties without prior consent. However, voluntarily provided registration data may be used for the following purposes.
A. Improving features and services for members
B. Providing advertisers with non-identifiable statistical insights
C. Delivering services or advertising tailored to member preferences
(5) Personal information voluntarily posted in communication spaces (such as bulletin boards) may be collected or used by third parties. The Company cannot control third-party actions and does not guarantee prevention of such use.
(6) The Company may use cookies to improve service usability and personalization. You may manage cookie settings in your browser, but some service features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
(7) The Company may share or use member information within the scope necessary for service operation and partner collaboration.
第6章 紛争解決
(1) Disputes concerning all matters related to the use of the Service that arise except as stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the competent court.
第7章 アフィリエイトリンクの開示
To operate and improve the website, we may include affiliate links. These links connect to products or services we recommend and use in our online monetization workflow. If you purchase through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
(1) We disclose affiliate link usage for transparency. Purchases made through affiliate links do not increase your cost, and commissions support service operation and improvement.
(2) We select affiliate products and services based on practical standards and expected user value.
(3) We are not directly responsible for products or services sold by third-party providers. Purchase decisions are made at your own discretion.
(4) We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites accessed through affiliate links.
