Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using services provided by WPlaybook, and to clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 Effect and Amendment of These Terms

(1) These Terms take effect when posted to users.
(2) The Company may amend these Terms when business or operational conditions change. Any amended Terms take effect through the same disclosure method.

Article 3 Matters Not Specified in These Terms

If anything not specified in these Terms is stipulated in applicable laws and regulations, it shall be governed by those regulations.

Chapter 2 Membership and Use of Services

Article 1 Definition of Member

A Member is an individual approved by the Company, who agrees to these Terms, completes registration, and receives an ID and password.

Article 2 Formation of Service Membership

(1) Membership is formed when the Company approves a user’s application and the user agrees to these Terms.
(2) Applicants must provide the personal information requested by the Company.
(3) Once approved, the Company notifies the applicant of the assigned member ID and other necessary information.
(4) A registered ID cannot be changed, and one person may hold only one ID.
(5) The Company may reject applications in the following cases.
A. The application uses another person’s identity.
B. The application is not submitted under the applicant’s legal name.
C. The application contains false information.
D. The application is intended to harm public order or morals.

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions

(1) In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless business or technical issues arise.
(2) The Company may limit service hours after prior notice when needed, including for scheduled maintenance.
(3) Online consultation availability may vary depending on staff circumstances.

Article 4 Service Fees

(1) The Service is free for all registered members.
(2) If the Company introduces paid services, pricing, policy, and effective timing will be announced in advance through the Service.

Chapter 3 Withdrawal, Re-Registration, and Service Restrictions

Article 1 Withdrawal from the Service

(1) A member who wishes to withdraw must request cancellation directly by email to the operator.
(2) The Company will verify identity information against registration records and process withdrawal.
(3) Withdrawal is complete when login with the existing ID and password is no longer available.

Article 2 Rejoining the Service

(1) A user who withdrew under Article 1 may request re-registration by emailing the operator.
(2) Re-registration is processed after identity verification against prior records.
(3) Re-registration is complete when login with the existing ID and password becomes available.

Article 3 Restrictions on Use of the Service

The Company may terminate the service agreement without prior notice, or suspend service for a specified period, if a Member engages in any of the following acts.

A. Violating public order or morals
B. Involvement in criminal activity
C. Planning or using the Service to harm national or public interests
D. Using another person’s ID or password without authorization
E. Damaging another person’s reputation or causing disadvantage to others
F. Registering duplicate accounts under different IDs by the same user
G. Damaging the Service or interfering with its normal operation
H. Violating applicable laws or these Terms

Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability

Article 1 Online Consultation

(1) The Company uses reasonable efforts to protect consultation content from unauthorized disclosure. However, the Company is not responsible for disclosure or loss of consultation content in the following cases.

A. The user’s password is compromised due to user negligence.
B. The user deletes consultation records using the delete function.
C. Data is disclosed or lost due to force majeure events, including natural disasters.

(2) To provide complete and appropriate responses, authorized staff may review consultation records and replies.
(3) Consultation content may be used for the following purposes after removing personally identifiable information.

A. Academic activities
B. Publications and authored materials
C. Service content such as FAQs and recommended consultation cases

(4) Consultation responses reflect the individual judgment of the responsible staff and do not necessarily represent the Company’s official position.
(5) The Company may refuse to provide all or part of online consultation in the following cases.
A. Repeated submissions of the same request
B. Requests containing abusive or unreasonable language

Article 2 Information Services

(1) Content provided through the Service is general information and not professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on this information.
(2) The Company does not guarantee or endorse specific products, services, or methods mentioned on the Service. Opinions presented belong to the respective authors.
(3) Any use of information, ideas, or guidance obtained through the Service is at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for resulting damages or losses.

Chapter 5 Duties

Article 1 Company Obligations

(1) The Company will provide access to the Service unless extraordinary circumstances prevent it.
(2) The Company will strive to operate the Service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
(3) The Company will process member feedback under established procedures and notify members if additional handling time is required.

Article 2 Member Information Security Obligations

(1) Members are fully responsible for managing their own ID and password.
(2) Members agree to receive service-related emails sent as part of service operation.
(3) Members must immediately notify the Company if unauthorized use of their ID is detected.
(4) The Company does not sell personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties without prior consent. However, voluntarily provided registration data may be used for the following purposes.
A. Improving features and services for members
B. Providing advertisers with non-identifiable statistical insights
C. Delivering services or advertising tailored to member preferences
(5) Personal information voluntarily posted in communication spaces (such as bulletin boards) may be collected or used by third parties. The Company cannot control third-party actions and does not guarantee prevention of such use.
(6) The Company may use cookies to improve service usability and personalization. You may manage cookie settings in your browser, but some service features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
(7) The Company may share or use member information within the scope necessary for service operation and partner collaboration.

Chapter 6 Dispute Resolution

(1) Disputes concerning all matters related to the use of the Service that arise except as stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mutual agreement as much as possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the competent court.

Chapter 7 Affiliate Link Disclosure

To operate and improve the website, we may include affiliate links. These links connect to products or services we recommend and use in our online monetization workflow. If you purchase through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

(1) We disclose affiliate link usage for transparency. Purchases made through affiliate links do not increase your cost, and commissions support service operation and improvement.
(2) We select affiliate products and services based on practical standards and expected user value.
