How to Add a Manager to Google Search Console (Latest for 2025)

When you create a new website, you need to go through the site registration process to appear in Google search results. However, for business owners who are busy with their core operations, it can be difficult to handle this task themselves. Therefore, we guide you on how to share access to your Google Search Console with WAPL. In this post, we will explain how to add a manager to your Google Search Console.

How to Add an Administrator to Google Search Console
We will explain how to add a new administrator to Google Search Console. First, log in to Google Search Console.
- If you haven’t signed up for Google Search Console yet, please register using your Google account and inform WPlaybook! We will handle everything from site registration, sitemap submission, to post indexing on your behalf.
Once you log into Google Search Console, the next steps are…

On the next screen, click the caret ( > ) on the right side of the Users and Permissions section. Please refer to the image below!

Click the Add User (blue button) to add a new user.

When the screen appears after clicking the button, enter the email address of the user you want to add (for clients using the WPlaybook website creation service, please enter issac-lee@wplaybook.com).

In the permissions section, you can select the level of access to grant. For clients using the WPlaybook service, please leave it as is (full permissions) and proceed.
Confirming the result
Once the user is added, the information of the newly added user will appear as shown in the picture below. If you see this screen, you have successfully completed the process. 🙂
